Gigscribe provides AI-powered tools to help freelancers draft proposals. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not misuse the service, attempt to access it unlawfully, or resell it without our written consent.

3. Accounts

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Paddle. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge you on a recurring basis until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled in advance. Refunds are provided only where required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Gigscribe (software, branding, content) remain with us. You retain ownership of any proposals or content you create using the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost business or data.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
